This Tourist Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the registering user of the website (the "Client") and Bangkok Trip planner (Each a “Party” and Client and Bangkok Trip Planner together the “Parties”).
The Parties desire to enter into this Agreement to provide the terms and conditions upon which the Client wishes to purchase touristic services through the online platform managed by Bangkok Trip Planner.
By signing this Agreement, the Client expressly declares to have understood and accepted, for himself and for third parties for which he requests the services, these terms and conditions contained therein, as well as all Bangkok trip planner's policies, payment terms and cancellations in relation to the above mentioned services that are intended to be fully agreed.
Bangkok trip planner undertakes the obligation to provide all the services as described on the online platform, in the travel Program, in the Quotation and in the booking, confirmation sent by electronic means directly to the Client that shall constitute an integral part of the present Agreement
The above mentioned Program describes the details of the travel and the Quotation in an estimation of the prices of all the services supplied by Bangkok Trip Planner.
This agreement is between you and Bangkok Trip Planner. By visiting and/or using the Website you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement ("agreement"). We may modify our terms and conditions without notice at any time where such amendment does not substantially effect your rights and obligations. If such changes of our terms and conditions substantially effect your rights and obligations we will notify you by email with these changes as they occur. By using our site to search for and/or book the products and/or services offered, you are indicating: that you have read this User Agreement; and your acceptance of this User Agreement.
All accommodation is on “Run Of House” basis. The right is reserved to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade when necessary, from those mentioned in the package tour tariff. In addition, Bangkok Trip Planner cannot be held responsible for hotel over booking situations, when the hotel may relocate the individuals or the tour. However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be in accommodation of a similar category.
During the tourist high season in Thailand from November until April all hotels will add a high-season supplement charge to the annual contract room rates. Full payment should be made 1 month before guests arrive, plus the cost of the compulsory Gala Dinners on Christmas and New Year’s Eve. These surcharges will be added to our contract rate to you when your booking is confirmed.
All rates are quoted in US DOLLAR or THAI BATH net and rates descriptions are based on our own contract rates. We reserve the right to change rates given without previous notice and valid for travel agent only
Whilst every effort will be made to promote requested services, Bangkok Trip Planner Co.,Ltd acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies and tourist offices providing the services and other contracts. As such, Bangkok Trip Planner Co.,Ltd is not liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damages, claims for additional expenses due to incidents which occur, delays, political action, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond its control. These must be borne by passengers.
Bangkok Trip Planner has agreed to specific Cancellation terms with each hotel, which will be set out in the offer.
By way of example, if the relevant offer has terms that allow cancellation following condition prior to check-in then you would need to cancel your booking as follows.
INSURANCE
You should immediately after purchasing any travel product arrange your own insurance. The Company recommends travel insurance (where available) against loss of deposits through cancellation charges, baggage loss, medical expenses, theft and the insolvency of the Company or any of its suppliers. The Company makes no representations or guarantees concerning reimbursements of funds paid by you under any insurance claim. You agree not to hold the Company responsible for any decision made by insurers, and/or by any suppliers, or requirements of any overseas country or governmental authority or overseas laws and policies.
The Company and/or its servants and agents accept no responsibility if you are refused entry into the country/countries of your destination. The Company and/or its servants and agents are not liable for any expenses, costs liabilities or loss incurred in relation to such matters. You agree to not hold the Company including its servants and agents responsible for any such thing. The Company/and or its servants and agents are not responsible for any disclosures of a health condition made by other suppliers who provide services on the holiday or for the acts of any governmental instrumentalities of the countries connected to your holiday.
