Can I buy an Experience without buying a Trip planner package?

You can only purchase an Experience that complements a Trip planner package you’ve purchased. This is because we’ve specially curated relevant Experiences based on your destination and package.

Do I need to book at the same time as my hotel?

If you don’t purchase an Experience at the time of booking your hotel, you can head to the website or email us to purchase it afterwards. However, you are encouraged to book sooner to guarantee availability.

I’ve booked my travel dates — am I able to change them?

Most of our ‘Limited Time Trip Planner Travel luxury’ hotel partners allow one change of date. However, that will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy (and where your booking is) and provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Hotels may charge a small administrative fee for any changes (at their own discretion). We’re more than happy to assist where we can, so please contact Bangkok Trip Planner support team to look into this for you. For tours or flights, please contact Bangkok Trip Planner directly by filling in the submission form and we will do our best to assist if possible.

Can I Cancel My Reservation?

You can cancel the activity at any time. The refund policy for each program differents. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation please email us.

Can I Get A Refund?

You can request a refund only in certain situations as described. Please check the cancellation policy carefully to request a refund. To contact for refund please send an email.

I Haven't Received My Refund Yet.

As part of the refund process, it may take some time for the funds to be credited to your account. If paying by credit card, you can get your money back in 7 days or up to 30 days depending on the bank providing the service

I’ve purchased my package – what do I do now?

If you selected your travel dates during the booking process, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your travel dates after we receive payment. (although you are welcome to take a printed copy of your confirmation when you check-in).

Buy now an open date in season/Hotel conditions

Dates are subject to availability and allocations are limited, so please select your dates as soon as possible after purchase. Simply head to My Escapes to view available dates on the booking calendar. If there are no dates available, please contact Customer Support who can enquire about additional dates directly with the hotel, (this will not be guaranteed)
