To obtain a Marriage Visa in Thailand you must simply be married to a Thai National. 

The process  First step, you obtain a non-immigrant visa. Next, convert the non-immigrant visa to either Marriage Visa. This visa will allow you to stay in Thailand for the whole 1 year (renewable) without going to the border or not leaving the kingdom at all.

Document Require ( Processing with in 30 Days )

1. Original of passport and Full copy every page ( Sign every page )
2. 2 passport photo size 2 Inches.
3. Copy House Registration of your wife.
4. Copy ID Card of your wife.
5. Copy Marriage Certificate.
6. Birth Certificate of all your child. ( If have )
7. Copy House Registration of all your child. (If have )
8. Original Thai Book bank and statement amount 400,000 THB not less than 2 months before apply visa.
9. Color copy Marriage and family photo for at least 10 pictures.
